This Spanish coin minted in Mexico City has incredible detail considering it was underwater for over 200 years. A largess of these hand milled coins were recovered from the El Cazador which sank in 1784 in the Gulf of Mexico. Silver coin represents the portrait of Carlos III, King of Spain and visible date of 1783. The reverse depicts King's shield with the Lions of Leon and the Castles of Castile flanked by the Pillars of Hercules.
Perfect size (about the size of a quarter) to wear every day enhance any outfit. The pendant is about the size of a silver dollar.
