Big Blue Treasures Refund & Return Policy
We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your treasure purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
- Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure the items are in their original, unused condition and accompanied by proof of purchase and any documentation originally shipped with the item.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. The return shipping must be insured for the amount paid with signature required for delivery.
- Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded by check within 7-10 business days.
- If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, we will provide a full refund or replacement where possible, including covering any return shipping fees.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom-made items, as well as items that show signs of use, are not eligible for return or refund.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at the email below.
